Consultation Fee Notice

To ensure the highest quality of service and personalized attention, all consultations with our office require a non-refundable fee of $175.00, payable in advance to schedule an appointment. This fee is dedicated exclusively to compensating the attorney for their time, expertise, and preparation during the consultation. It will not be credited toward any retainer or flat fee should you decide to retain our services for further legal representation.

Importance of a Thorough Consultation

The purpose of an initial consultation is to assess whether our firm's legal services can be of use to you and, if so, to discuss the fees for our services. The purpose is not to render a definitive legal opinion as it may be impossible to fully assess a matter within the time frame allotted for a consultation or with the information or documents that you may be able to provide at the initial consultation. A consultation allows our attorneys to dedicate focused time to understanding your legal matter, reviewing any relevant details you provide, and offering informed preliminary guidance tailored to your specific situation. This process ensures that you receive undivided attention and professional insights, which are critical for evaluating your case and determining the best path forward. We maintain a commitment to thoroughness and professionalism, ensuring that each client receives the detailed attention their legal concerns deserve without the constraints of rushed or superficial discussions. One of three outcomes is possible following your consultation: (A) You and the Attorney mutually agree to the terms of representation (a separate fee retainer agreement will be prepared and signed by you and the Attorney); (B) The Attorney declines representation; or (C) You decide not to use the services of the Attorney.

The form above will be used at the consultation to assess your matter. You may, but are not required to, fill out the form and bring it with you to your scheduled consultation.

Refund Policy

The consultation fee is refundable only if the client provides at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled consultation. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer appointment slots to other clients in need of legal guidance.
